PSY Music Video "Gentlemen" Banned from South Korean TV Station "For Abusing Public Property"

SEOUL, South Korea — A major South Korean broadcaster says it has banned PSY's new music video because the rapper is shown abusing public property.

The television station, KBS, wasn’t offended when PSY pulls off a lady’s bikini top in “Gentlemen,” and he was fine with leaving a girl sprawled on the floor after pulling her chair out, and knocking a girl down while she's running on a treadmill in the YouTube sensation.

But they did have beef with PSY kicking a cone that says "no parking" in the beginning of "Gentlemen." Apparently vandalism insults him more than human decency, like when PSY farted in a poor girl’s face.

The South Korean rapper's latest hit "Gentleman" has officially become a YouTube sensation—surpassing 100 million views in less than a week to beat the world record.

This isn't the first time the rapper has come under fire for his music. He issued an apology back in December after an anti-American protest song he recorded nearly a decade ago came to light.

PSY originally shot to super stardom with his viral hit, "Gangham Style," which fetched a record-breaking 1.5 billion views on YouTube.

In response, YG Entertainment stated they would not be asking for a repeal of this verdict. “We expected this kind of ruling so we don’t expect that a repeal will have any significance.” The company will just follow KBS’ decision.

In conclusion, viewers will be unable to watch PSY’s music video appear anywhere on KBS. They will just have to find one of the thousands of ways to watch the video on the internet.
