2NE1's Dara Is The Newest Head & Shoulders Girl

2NE1 singer Dara is known for her quirky hairstyles, but she can also pull off classically beautiful silky hair, as seen in her ad as the newest Head & Shoulders girl.

The idol-actress will be zipping off to the Thai capital of Bangkok next week to meet fans and help promote the shampoo brand, according to Dara fan group welovedara on Twitter

"Dara as the new H&S Brand Endorser. She will be heading to Bangkok, Thailand on June 24 for a fanmeeting event," announced the fan group, which keeps track of Dara news and events.

In the new Head & Shoulders ad, Dara shows off her soft-looking wavy locks. The hairstyle had a bit of a twist, just as Dara seems to like it, parted in the middle with the left bangs tied in a cute braid while the right flowed in a cascade down her shoulders. She also wore a chic sleeveless blouse in a blue shade reminiscent of the Head & Shoulders brand.

Dara must have shot the ad awhile back because based on her most recent Instagram posts, the idol no longer sports brown hair but has transitioned to a blue-green ombre hairstyle.

Head & Shoulders is just the latest brand to enlist Dara as their endorser. In recent months, the idol has been visiting other Asian countries to help promote the YG cosmetic brand Moonshot as well as a new summer campaign for the fashion brand Penshoppe.
