ABC Shows Canceled: Body Of Proof, Malibu Country, Happy Endings And Two More Shows Axed By Network

ABC shows canceled for the season includes five TV series including “Happy Endings,” “Body of Proof,” “Malibu Country,” “How to Live with Your Parents for the Rest of Your Life,” and “Red Widow.” The ABC shows canceled is primarily due to the series’ low ratings.

The acclaimed ensemble comedy “Happy Endings” might be able to find a home in the world of cable, according to Entertainment Weekly. ABC and Sony Pictures Television are in talks with the USA Network.

With its current roster of surviving and new shows, the Associated Press reports that ABC is planning a spinoff of its fairytale drama “Once Upon a Time” for next season as well as an action-adventure series based on the Marvel Comics universe. ABC’s new dramas will include “Killer Women” on Texas rangers – including a lone female ranger – in the violent Texas frontiers.

“Mind Games” pairs stars Steve Zahn and Christian Slater as brothers and partners in an agency focused on solving clients’ problems through psychological manipulation.

“Lucky 7” is about seven New York City gas-station employees chipping into a lottery pool for months with high hopes, while “Betrayal” centers on a story of two lovers pitted on opposite sides of a murder investigation.

And on “Resurrection,” citizens of Arcadia, Mo. find their lives changed forever when deceased loved ones start to return.
