Singer Baek Ji Young updates fans on her pregnancy status. The singer recently went to the hospital for a checkup.

"I went for a general check-up.  Both glucose levels and ultrasound tests are stable," captioned Baek Ji Young in her recent Instagram photo, cites All Kpop. "Peanut currently weighs 1.8 kilograms how cute~~."

Baek Ji Young can be seen on her photo sitting on a sofa. The singer looked plain and simple, wearing no makeup whatsoever.

Fans immediately commented on Baek Ji Young's photo offering well-wishes. Some fans also expressed their anticipation for the singer's first born. Baek Ji Young's baby is expected to be due this May.

Just last week on March 15, Baek Ji Young was seen having lunch with her closest friends. She also uploaded a photo on her Instagram account stating that it was just a quick selfie with her friend Ji Hye before she's off for her next schedule of the day.

Despite looking swollen in the pictures because of the pregnancy, Baek Ji Young still pulled off a beautiful look wearing a maroon sweater that showed off her still porcelain skin.

Baek Ji Young was married with the handsome actor Jung Suk Won in June 2013. The same year, the singer expected their first born but she unfortunately suffered a miscarriage the same year, reports Soompi.

It was in October last year that the good news for the couple was revealed. Baek Ji Young and Jung Suk Won announced on October 13 that the singer was carrying their baby for 2 months already.

Because of Baek Ji Young's pregnancy, her tour nationwide tour in Korea was cancelled. The singer was supposed to perform in Incheon, Daejeon, and Busan .

Fortunately, fans who already bought a ticket for Baek Ji Young's concert was refunded. The fans stated that they understand, and had instead wished the singer a healthy pregnancy
