Sooyoung Reveals Her Japanese Debut Before Girls' Generation

There is no doubt that Girls Generation's Sooyoung is one of the hottest K-pop idols to date. And because of it, she can't help but give her fans a favor as she has recently shared her life story when she debuted in Japan before Girls' Generation. Her previous duo in Japans was called as Route 0.

It was during the May 17 episode of tvN's "Taxi", where Sooyoung talked about her past. Sooyoung then reveals that she was only 12 years old during that time. However, she then says that she still looks the same as when she was still 12 years old.

It's because of this that she confirms that she's already mature psychologically and physically during those times. According to Soompi, Sooyoung reveals that she had successfully made it to the Japanese program after beating 15,982 other people in the audition.

With this feat alone, one can clearly see that Sooyoung has the making of a real K-pop star. Sooyoung also discussed the issue about the usual misunderstanding that she gets when she's constantly changing countries from Japan to Korea and vice versa.

It's because that even if she was still a minor during those times, she was already permitted to fly alone. She says that it was because of the special sticker that was placed on her every time she flies.

According to All K-pop, Sooyoung even says that it was really weird to have a sticker placed on herself saying "please assist this child". It was because she already looked mature during those times, and that she was also tall and very thin.

With all of these being said, one can clearly see that Sooyoung indeed has what it takes to really be a true K-pop idol. Even if she was just 12 years back then, she still managed to successfully debut in Japan.
