With the wedding of Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki just around the corner, (October 31st, to be exact!) fans are eagerly watching the two lovebirds closer than before! The couple recently became the center of attention again after fans voted them at being the best celebrity couple to be making songpyeon (Korean rice cake) for Chuseok this year (for obvious reasons).

A survey on PMI, a Korean forum, posted a fun voting poll asking fans "Which female and male celebrities do you think will make the best Songpyeon during Chuseok?"  You can immediately guess who fans voted for this year and the ultimate reasons are shown down below!

Songpyeon is a traditional rice cake filled with rice, grains, honey and other sweet fillings! Ironically, Songpyeon contains the couple's surnames, which is making it a popular dish related to the lovers who are celebrating their first Chuseok together. Another unique concept about songpyeon is that you are supposed to make a wish before filling the cake, so fans are even more curious about what they would wish for!
