"You did well," today marked SHINee's Kim Jonghyun's second year after passing away. Both fans and netizens expressed their feelings through posting in various social media platforms their heartfelt messages for the singer who already left the physical world. 

Last December 18, 2017, the whole entertainment industry was shocked due to this tragedy, for losing not only a great musician but a brother, a son, inspiration, and motivation for a lot of people. 

However, fans, especially Shawols, pleaded not to remember this sad happening, but to commemorate his legacy and good music he created for everyone, as well as his memories with everyone,  with a smile. In this regards, provided are some of the good memories Jonghyun left that should always be remembered:

1. SHINee's Jonghyun is known for being a philanthropist

Kim Jonghyun is indeed born with a huge heart for everyone. During his meet up with a fan who worked in a restaurant, he gave strength to the young lady to pursue his dreams despite working while studying.

Also, back in 2013, Jonghyun was known for supporting the LGBTQA+ even though a lot of people weren't positive about this movement yet. In addition to this, he also did a campaign against child abuse, support the kids financially, and a real angel to his fans and SHINee indeed.

Also known as Jjong, this little pup will always be remembered for putting other people's wellbeing and happiness first, never thinking about himself.

2.His voice and music

 Even if he's not here physically, he's still present through his voice and music. Jonghyun is not only known as a member of SHINee, but he also did well going on his own path as a soloist. His sometimes warm, soothing and comforting songs helped a lot of people to overcome their hardships. According to a Shawol, during his difficulties in studies, Jonghyun's "End of the day" accompanied him through his lonely nights, as well as give her motivation and affirmation that she did an excellent job despite the tiring day. 

Aside from the singer's songs, he is also a composer and a poet who is behind the successful song of other idols, including "Breathe" of Lee Hi, "Gloomy Clock" of IU and EXO's "Playboy."Moreover, Jonghyun became a DJ for a midnight radio show named "Blue Night," where he gave a lot on life's motivational sayings and served as a companion,  a light,  and gave warmness through their cold nights.

3. A Good Son, Brother, and Member

Kim Jonghyun, despite his sexy and fierce appearance, when it comes to the stage, he is indeed a crybaby when it comes to his family. He is not shy to show his love for his elder sister, Kim Sodam, and their mother, who is his two most loved ladies in his entire life. He grew up being a good and role model son and younger brother.

Also, his love for his members, Onew, Key, Minho, and Taemin is undeniable, where they always show publicly, not to mention being a loving father to his daughter, a dog named "Byul Roo." He is also a sweet and patient boyfriend when it comes to his "girlfriends," SHINee world. 

This day, it's okay to cry; every feeling is valid. But do not remember Jonghyun as the idol who suffers, but the Jonghyun who fight, strive, and become an inspiration to lead a positive life despite the unfair world he lived.
