GOT7 Youngjae Enraged at Sasaengs Persistently Invading His Privacy + Fans Trend #ProtectYoungjae
GOT7's Youngjae, once again, expressed his anger towards sasaengs who are persistently invading his privacy.
The K-pop idol might have done stretching out his patience and took to his Instagram account to express his message of anger over the said incident.
On July 2, he captioned his post with: "If you like to see a person's life destroyed, post your photos and feel it for yourself."
The said photo has a text that reads, "Stop coming near the front area of the Hair and Makeup Shop. Are you trying to threaten me? When to secretly took pictures of me, talking to other individuals at a café, and went up to me and asked, 'May I post this?"
This stern-sounding post caught the attention of his fans and the whole K-pop community as this is not the first time that Youngjae called out sasaengs. The incident also prompted Ahgases (GOT7's fandom name) to trend the hashtag #ProtectYoungjae on Twitter, with the purpose of also calling the attention of JYP Entertainment.

In 2016, Youngjae called out sasaeng, who consistently followed him. Then, in January and June of 2018, he demanded sasaengs to stop sending him private messages. And in 2019, he asked sasaengs to stop calling him.
Fans and concerned netizens are now aggressively asking JYP Entertainment to heighten Youngjae's security and address this issue legally, because, as mentioned, this is not the first time that the idol experienced having his personal space invaded. Ahgases believe that as the managing label of Youngjae, it is their responsibility to take care of his rights, safety, and welfare.
