ASTRO Eunwoo and former Wanna One Seong Wu are the highest earners for Fantagio!

Both actors and singers, Cha Eunwoo of ASTRO and former Wanna One member Ong Seong Wu ranked first and second in Fantagio sales.

According to the securities report submitted by Fantagio on March 29, the current actor Seong Wu earned a total of 7.38 billion won from 2018 to 2020, while Eunwoo earned 6.458 billion won in sales, creating a total of 14 billion won for just the two idol-actors alone.

In particular, Ong ranked No. 1 as the highest solo earner of the agency based in Fantagio Sales. The actor and singer, who rose into fame as a former member of the project group Wanna One, recorded 1.44 billion won in 2018, 3.125 billion won in 2019, and 3.043 billion won in 2020.

When the group parted ways, he ventured into acting, and successfully cemented his name as an actor after landing on JTBC's "At Eighteen" as the male lead. The peak of his career continues with various drama projects, variety show appearances, and fan meetings.

As for the second placer Cha Eunwoo, a member of the group ASTRO, posted 1.378 billion won in 2018, 2.54 billion won in 2019, and 2.576 billion won in 2020.

Eunwoo made a stellar career not only as a singer but actor and an entertainment personality as well. He initially debuted as an actor in 2013, but he established himself as actor Eunwoo after starring in notable dramas such as "My ID is Gangnam Beauty," and the popular webtoon adaptation, "True Beauty."

On top of this, his reputation as an entertainer is also carved in the industry after joining, "Handsome Tigers" and "Master in the House."

On the other hand, Fantagio also elaborated on the exclusive contracts of its artists in the securities declaration. Astro members (Moon Bin, JinJin, Cha Eun Woo, MJ, Rocky, Yoon San Ha) contract is in February 2023, Ong Seong Wu's contract is in August 2024, and the girl group Weki Meki contract is in August 2024.

ASTRO Reigns as the Biggest Sales Source of Fantagio + Will Continue to Rise with their Upcoming Album

In the report, it was also stated that Fantagio's biggest sales source is ASTRO, a group that Cha Eun Woo belongs to.

The six-member group posted sales of 4.116 billion won in 2018, 6.423 billion won in 2019, and 6.314 billion won in 2020. As of last year, sales accounted for 38% of the total.

But this is expected to rise as ASTRO is about to come back in the music scene this April. In fact, the anticipation of fans steadily skyrockets as their highlight medley video for "All Yours" was revealed.

On March 29, the highlight medley video of Astro's second full-length album "All Yours" was released on the official SNS channel of ASTRO

The released video showed a total of 10 highlights, including the title song, along with moods and media art suitable for each song.

"One," the title track of the album will feature ASTRO's freshness and vibrant color with an electronic dance track, wherein the lyrics will tell the story of being united as one with their most treasured person at the most brilliant moment like starlight and be together forever.
