ITZY showed off their love for aespa by gifting them drinks at this year's Dream Concert.

On Saturday, June 26, aespa and ITZY performed at the 2021 Dream Concert. Following the star-studded event, aespa took to Twitter and revealed that ITZY had gone out of their way to gift them drinks!

ITZY Sends aespa Drinks at 2021 Dream Concert

It was later revealed that the girls had gifted aespa watermelon juice.

The girls of aespa shared a photo of them holding on to their drinks and smiling at the camera.

Their caption reads, "ITZY sunbaenim (seniors), thank you~!! We are so happy that we were finally able to meet you at the Dream Concert today!! Thank you so much for gifting us drinks!"

Later on, aespa Ningning took to the Lysn Bubble application to further show off the drink she received from ITZY!

Alongside a selfie of her with the drink, Ningning told fans, "ITZY sunbaenim, we finally met! You are so pretty! Hehe, I got watermelon juice! Thank you!"

During ITZY's fan sign the following day, numerous fans asked about the interaction between the two groups. ITZY Chaeryeong revealed she was super excited to gift the watermelon juice to aespa, but when they arrived at the latter's waiting room and met the members, she suddenly felt shy and could not meet their eyes!

Fans are loving the interaction between the two groups. Previously, ITZY proved to be huge aespa fans!

The girls often sing aespa's latest release, "Next Level," on their Naver Now show. They have also danced the choreography of the song on the program, proving that they too are MYs (aespa's fanbase)!

Fans are now hoping to see more interactions between the group. Hopefully, MIDZYs (ITZY's fanbase) and MYs get more glimpses of ITZY and aespa's friendship!

ITZY Album "Guess Who," Title Song, and Achievement

On April 30, ITZY dropped their fourth mini-album, "Guess Who," and its title track "Mafia in the Morning."

On May 11, the mini-album debuted at number 148 on the Billboard 200 charts, making it ITZY's first appearance on the charts since their debut.

On May 14, ITZY released an English version of "Mafia in the Morning."

aespa "Next Level" and Chart Rankings

On May 4, 2021, SM Entertainment announced that aespa would be making a comeback that same month.

On May 17, aespa returned to the music scene with their third single, "Next Level." The song became their first top-five hit on the Gaon Digital Chart.

"Next Level" is described as a dance and hip-hop track with a groovy rap and energetic bass characterized by aespa's powerful vocals.

The song debuted at number 97 on the Billboard Global 200, making it their second song to chart on the said charts.
