TWICE Dahyun recently covered one of the songs from the K-pop group's third Japanese album, and ONCEs are swooning over her angelic voice! 

The 23-year-old K-pop star did a cover of one of TWICE's songs, "Promise," while playing the piano. "Promise" is a b-sidetrack from the group's third Japanese album, "Perfect World," released on Jan. 20, 2021.

Ahead of the song's release, TWICE dropped a spoiler video to entice ONCEs to wait for the "Perfect World."

"Promise" also happens to be the 10th song in the "Perfect World," and it is about TWICE being loved by their fans. The lyrics state the members of TWICE will always be there for their precious ONCEs.

Dahyun Joined TWICE in Just Months of Training 

Dahyun is a vocalist and rapper for TWICE. She joined the K-pop group after training with JYP Entertainment. The singer was discovered after a video of her singing and dancing went viral on YouTube.

In 2015, Dahyun became a contestant on the JYP reality TV show, "SIXTEEN." After landing in fifth place, she became one of the members of TWICE.

The group debuted on Oct. 20, 2015, with their first mini-album, "The Story Begins."

Other TWICE members include Tzuyu, Momo, Nayeon, Jihyo, Sana, Mina, Jeongyeon, and Chaeyoung.

TWICE Members Talk About Their Album, Bond

In November 2021, TWICE sat down for an interview with Euphoria where they discussed their growth as a group and how relying on each other has helped them in the business.

The all-female K-pop group also talked about their album, "Formula of Love: O+T=<3, which also served as TWICE's comeback project.

Dahyun said that their goal before releasing their third album was to give ONCEs a fun experience while listening to their music.

Chaeyoung added that there are full English tracks in the album so they hope that international ONCEs can relate more to their songs.

Jihyo revealed that all the members of the group spoke with each other a lot to ensure that all their visions would come together in the album. She also said that, unlike the first two albums, Jihyo gave more input in their third project because she wrote the lyrics for two of their songs.

According to Mina, TWICE's third album helped her express her feelings more through movement and facial expression.

Chaeyoung said that the message of their album is the same thing that they want to tell ONCEs. She said that TWICE tried new concepts for their comeback, and they also discovered new sides to each other members.

Since the group members are all very close and they're like sisters, Sana said that they don't need to always use words to understand each other. There are times wherein they would just make eye contact and know exactly what the other member is thinking.
