'Happy Baekhyun Day': Idol Sends Heartfelt Message to EXO-Ls on His Birthday

EXO Baekhyun took to Twitter to convey his short yet heartwarming message to EXO-Ls who sent him their sincere birthday wishes.
EXO Baekhyun Thanks EXO-Ls for Birthday Wishes
On May 6, Baekhyun, EXO main vocalist, took to his personal Twitter account to respond to EXO-Ls (EXO fandom) who wished him a "Happy Birthday."
In his first tweet, the singer wrote:
"Am I really a person who deserves to receive this much love? Thank you so much for wishing me a happy birthday! Thanks to you and everyone, I really had a joyous birthday!"
He also expressed his longing to meet fans the soonest, writing:
"I want to meet all of you soon... that's my biggest gift, so please wait a little longer!"
In addition, Baekhyun expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Eris (EXO-Ls) who celebrated together with him despite the distance, saying:
"Ah, and you guys had a lot of events (for me). It seems like Eris are more excited for my birthday than me..."
As more support and birthday greetings poured on his Twitter, Baekhyun wrote another love-filled message for his precious Eris.
"Really loving... Everyone, please keep on loving me like this. I love you, my Eris. Thank you for making my day more special."

Aside from birthday greetings on social media and online communities, EXO-Ls also prepared a special gift for Baekhyun in collaboration with Lotte Cinema.
In particular, after a tough battle among idols who are also May celebrants, Baekhyun was selected as No. 1 with 43.22 percent of the votes in the national birthday bragging advertisement vote, held from April 20 to April 25 on the Whosfan platform.
As a prize, Baekhyun's advertisement will decorate 56 Lotte Cinemas in South Korea to commemorate his birthday. The ad is already posted on May 1 and will run till May 15.
A birthday video ad was also uploaded on the Whosfan YouTube channel made by global fans, making it more special.
Aside from the ad posters, EXO-Ls who will visit Lotte Cinema can receive a photo card frame to commemorate the "Cosmic Railway" singer's special day.
The photo cards can be produced in the Lotte Cinema app and photo ticket booths. Fans can also join special frame events and poca customization during the event period.
Meanwhile, EXO Baekhyun is currently serving the military as a public service worker after joining exactly a year ago on his 29th birthday (international age). He became the sixth member to enlist at that time, following Xiumin, D.O., Chen, Suho and Chanyeol.
Baekhyun is expected to be discharged on February 2023, serving for about 21 months.
