SEVENTEEN Jeonghan Reveals Hilarious Reason Behind His Nickname 'Jeonghwa'
Recently, SEVENTEEN made a guest appearance back on the May 28 episode of JTBC's popularity variety show, "Knowing Bros."
During their appearance, the SEVENTEEN members talked about numerous things, including member Jeonghan's nickname "Jeonghwa."

While talking, Jeonghan shared that one of his nicknames is "Yoon Jeonghwa," which is a combination of Jeonghan's real name "Yoon Jeonghan" and "hwa," which is the Korean word for "anger."
Fellow member DK explained the hilarious reason behind why Jeonghan was given such a nickname, saying, "It is because Jeonghan gets angry really easily."
He continued, "When we were on a world tour, Jeonghan became sharp from the lack of sleep and mounting tiredness. I shared a hotel room with him at the time."

DK then recalled the time Jeonghan was putting on his shows, but got annoyed. "I had just woken up, and Jeonghan was putting on his shoes. But because [his shoes] didn't go in well, he got annoyed. He stamped his foot and was like, 'Why the heck is my feet not going in?! Shoes, shoes, shoes!' I was kind of scared," DK said, sparking laughter among the cast and members.
He continued exposing Jeonghan, who had also gotten annoyed when he was washing his face at the hotel.
"Later that day, Jeonghan went to wash his face. The hotel had an automatic water tap, but the sensor wasn't working too well. [Jeonghan] hit the tap like four times, and said, 'Why, why, why, why!' As I was removing my makeup right next to him, I was really surprised," DK revealed.

Hearing this, Jeonghan awkwardly laugh, and defended himself, saying, "I am not usually like that. But I do get angry at objects every now and then. I don't normally get angry at people though."

He then talked about the HYBE building, in which they moved into after HYBE acquired SEVENTEEN's label Pledis Entertainment. Talking about HYBE, Jeonghan shares the one thing he hates about their building.
"[HYBE] building's security is super tight. The front door won't open until the machine checks for my temperature and recognizes my face after I remove my mask off," Jeonghan said.
He continued, "Sometimes, the door won't open even when I do all of that. I got so annoyed once that I hit the door and was like, 'Why aren't you opening?!' Then the door finally opened."

Jeonghan then shares he would go up to SEVENTEEN's dance studio after entering the building. However, it also had a face recognition system!
"After I enter the building, I would get on the elevator and go up to the floor where our dance studio is. And you know what? There is a face recognition system for our dance studio as well, which means I have to repeat the same steps again!"
Jeonghan shared his frustration, causing laughter among the cast and members once again.
He concluded his dislike towards HYBE's security system by saying, "I just don't understand why we have to go through so much face recognitions! I have complained about this a number of times, but it is still the same."
