In the online community PANN, a post was made that garnered K-pop fans' attention. The author shared an old clip of a physiognomist evaluating ENHYPEN members. But what piqued the other users' interest was her comment on Jake.
The author expressed they found it ridiculous that the physiognomist told Jake the very same thing the idol is seen doing nowadays.

In the video, it was seen that the physiognomist warned Jake about his strong sexual urges and women in general. She stated that the particular member has a strong sex drive and that he should keep an eye out for scandals regarding women and dating in general.
Commenters find it amazing that her statement came somewhat true recently because Jake was embroiled in a scandal regarding women.
One comment stated that the video was from when MNET's audition program with HYBE Labels "I-LAND" finished. ENHYPEN members got their fortune read by a famous physiognomist in Korea.
After evaluating Jake's face, she said he needs to take care of women and how they approach them. However, because of how innocent he looks, fans simply brushed it off.
Now, as it resurfaced, fans are finding the reading quite accurate.

Meanwhile, some fans agreed with the comments about physiognomy being not true. They stated in their comments that it is a type of pseudoscience that no one really takes seriously.
Some ENGENEs (ENHYPEN fandom) also pointed out that it is very hard to be a celebrity in Korea because even someone's sex drive is being discussed. Some argued that there is nothing wrong with having a high sex drive, especially for men with age the same as Jake.

On August 22, a Twitter user with the name "jake" posted a couple of pictures of the idol with his manager going around the city in Seoul, asking women if they have a lighter while showing his face.

Fans noted the that method is clearly used to pick up women. Many cannot believe it at first but seeing he is with his manager with a slipper that has ENHYPEN's logo, they cannot refute the post.
