'BTS Dream: TinyTAN House' to Have No Further Development- Netmarble Reveals Why

"BTS Dream: TinyTAN House" is the latest BTS-affiliated game developed by Netmarble in partnership with HYBE Labels. Featuring TinyTAN characters, it is a video game where players can build their own dream house in the world of TinyTAN and selec the outfit of the characters while enjoying rhythm action games to the music of BTS.

It was previously promoted as a game through which fans could interact closely with the TinyTAN members themselves.

After five months since its launch, Netmarble has decided to stop the development of "BTS Dream: TinyTAN House," mainly because they didn't find results that are in agreement with their plans.

Netmarble announced:

"We've conducted numerous beta tests in Canada, Thailand, and other countries, and found that there was a significant gap between the preferences of the fans of BTS and ordinary users. As we did not acquire results in line with our plans, we have decided to discontinue further development of the game after discussing the findings with HYBE Labels."

So far, HYBE Labels and Netmarble have introduced three BTS-affiliated mobile games: "BTS Island: In the SEOM," "BTS Universe Story," and "BTS World." With the development of "BTS Dream: TinyTAN House" falling through, it is believed that Netmarble will proceed to the next project featuring the South Korean boy group, only known by its name "Project B."
