Dispatch Discloses Information About Chuu's Contract After Winning In Court
In a recent reveal, Dispatch disclosed new information regarding Chuu's contract information after winning in court and her mother's appeal for 50 million won.

Dispatch Reveals Information Regarding Chuu's New Contract After Court Win
Blockberry Creative attempted to renegotiate the contract with Chuu after the court decided to side with Chuu in earlier January.
In the revised contract that was established in April, Blockberry Creative now retains 30% of the earnings, and Chuu is allowed to miss up to three of LOONA's monthly group activities.
It was announced that Blockberry Creative will also compensate Chuu a total of 50 million Korean Won, and the option to end her contract right away if she's harmed.
Additionally, Blockberry Creative pledged to send any outside proposal to Chuu without a charge. This new sub-contract was intended to be placed on December 31, this year.

Dispatch Unveils Exchanges Between Chuu's Mother & Representative Regarding 50 Million Won
When LOONA started filming the music video for "Flip That" on May 24, the recording was delayed. The group's choreography, originally scheduled for 11 p.m., was postponed to 12:27 a.m.

On May 25, one of the LOONA members contacted representative A, to notify that Chuu was leaving the set.
At 12:35, representative A proceeded to call Chuu's mother.
The conversation centered regarding Chuu's pick-up schedule from the set, the 1-hour delay, and the obligatory need to perform a group choreography as 12 members.
Here are their exchanges:
Representative A: "You must be waiting to come and pick up Chuu at the site. I think the group choreography scene isn't done yet. I'm very sorry to say this but I think it'll be delayed by about 1 hour, so I'm calling because I'm wondering if you're okay waiting."
Representative A: "The situation must be awkward for Chuu as well. It's a case where the 12 of them prepared the group choreography together, and they have to do that, but it hasn't been filmed yet. But now Chuu says that she's going to go all of a sudden. Hello?"
Chuu's mother: "I'm listening."
Representative A: "Ma'am, I know you must've come a long way and it would have been tough, but just a little-"
Chuu's mother: "Anyway, okay. Alright."
Representative A: "Ah, then could you wait for a bit? I think it would be really hard if she pulls out of the group choreo scene right now."
Chuu's mother: "Anyway, alright. I got it."

After hanging up, Chuu's mother told representative A to pay 50 million won, as stipulated in the new subcontract, for interfering with Chu's personal commercial shooting schedule on March 25.

Representative A replies if Chuu can stay until scene 19 is shot, because she will pay the fine nonetheless.
The group choreography scene is scene 16. She stayed on Chu until the 16th scene was over, but she left around 3:00 am without shooting the 19th scene.
Chuu's mother: "We'll wait, but we are going to make a claim regarding the contract violation. Your company included that on the clause, so please follow it."
Representative A: "If you still want to file a claim for a breach of contract, let's have them finish the final scene. If you don't mind, I will manage it here. Please let me know. We are also waiting for members, so please reply as soon as possible."
