Food is food, and that's a fact. Even though it depends on the individual, spicy food can energize your taste buds, thus giving meals a kick. In K-pop, there are many female idols who doesn't shy away from loving spicy food.

With that said, here are 5 K-pop female idols who can handle spicy food with ease!

1.    CL

CL is not afraid to express her love for spicy food. In one instance, she was featured in First We Feast on October 21, 2021. In the program, the star was featured to eat different levels of spicy chicken wings, while answering interview questions.

For additional context, the spiciness gets fiercer as the show progresses. While the spices got hotter, CL still made it through the interview's end, showing her high tolerance for spicy food! As always, CL radiated queen vibes on the show.

2.    TWICE Sana

TWICE Sana also loves spicy food. In fact, Nayeon shared once in a livestream that Sana is the only TWICE member she can share spicy food with. There were several instances that the member ordered spicy dishes frequently, and sharing it with other members. Aside from spicy foods, Sana also loves the famous meat dish jokbal alongside fellow member Momo.

3.    Red Velvet Seulgi

On the variety show "Wednesday Food Talk," Red Velvet Seulgi, Yeri and Wendy made their appearances as guests. Seulgi explained how she likes food that are exciting for taste buds, referring to spicy dishes.

She also added how she used to like sweets in the past, but turned over to spicy food. Seulgi also stated how much she loves spicy ramen and reed tripe!  

4.    BLACKPINK Rosé

In an interview on ELLE Korea, BLACKPINK Rosé shared her enthusiasm regarding spicy food. Rosé stated she loves eating spicy meals at night, but not before schedules.

Sometimes, she craves for tteokbokki and any other spicy food. Rosé also mentioned how she easily gets puffy, so she would mix in vegetables in her meals.

5.    IVE Yujin

On the 30th episode of My Little Television 2, IVE leader Ahn Yujin was showcased enjoying spicy food without difficulties! At the time, Yujin was still an IZ*ONE member, meaning she's in her maknae line era. Her cute reactions add up to her daring act!
