Here's the 'Justice in the Dark' Full Statement:

"We’re the art and design team for the drama Justice in the Dark.

Our team's negligence at work led to the careless use of Miss Park Chaeyoung's (Rosé's) picture while creating an image to go into the drama. This adversely affected Miss Park Chaeyoung's (Rosé's) image and honor.

We politely apologize to Rosé, her fans, production companies, broadcasting platforms, and viewers. After what happened, the production company and the broadcasting platform immediately deleted Rosé's photos.

We thank fans for pointing this out. We will work harder in the future to prevent such incidents from occurring. We are actively reaching out to Miss Park Chaeyoung's agency to sincerely apologize to her.

Lastly, we apologize to Rosé, the fans, the production team, and the broadcasting platform."

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK, which Rosé belongs to, is about to have its contract expire as it enters its 7th year of debut with YG Entertainment this 2023.

The maximum contract period for entertainers set by the Fair Trade Commission is seven years. Among idol fans, this is sometimes called "the 7th-year curse." In fact, the girl groups MOMOLAND and Brave Girls were dismantled by the end of their exclusive contract at the same time as they celebrate their 7th anniversary this year, BLACKPINK earning attention if they will be able to overcome this dilemma.
