On May 28, Dior Beauty received backlash from BLINKs after uploading their newest #MissDior post on Instagram.

Dior Beauty posted a series of images on the social media platform to celebrate the #MissDior Exhibition in Korea. The photos featured various Korean celebrities who graced the event as the brand's representatives.

Dior Beauty featured their ambassadors with a warm caption, voicing out their appreciation towards the celebrities and their attendance. However, BLINKs were enraged to see that the post featured Jisoo on the second slide instead of the first one.

Jisoo became the global ambassador for both Dior Fashion and Dior Beauty on March 6, 2021, when the brand confirmed her role in Instagram.

Seeing how Kim Yuna was first displayed on Dior's #MissDior Exhibition post, the arrangement didn't sit well with fans, leading them to express their anger on the comments.

BLINKs remarked:

"Okay why is your global ambassador on the second slide? We should see her first for real?"

"Global ambassador should be shown first."

"Do you put your global ambassador photo behind someone else? Is this how your team works?"

"The Global Ambassador in the second slide?"

"Putting the 'Global Ambassador' a.k.a. the one who's bringing the coins in the second slide? Are you not embarrassed."

Moreover, the situation escalated because of how many were in disapproval with the post. The remarks caught the attention of several news sites and online communities.

In a forum, Kim Yuna's supporters began to air out their opinions on the issue. Some netizens also commented how normal for someone with Kim Yuna's national reputation would usually be highlighted. Others were simply shocked on how the issue made buzz on news outlets.

They commented:

"I'm pissed that they dare touch Yu-neu."

"They're really bulls**tting against Kim Yuna? Ugh."

"The most f**king hilarious part is that these fans are unhappy that their world star is an ambassador for a brand, and they also claim that her individuality disappears with that brand."

"Of course, Kim Yuna should be the first one to be posted."

"I just looked at the IG and there are 3 exclusive articles posted about this issue already."

"Blinks love setting up their faves and then play victim when it blows up in their face."

"Like any other fanbase would logically not target Korea's national pride but it seems like Blinks don't have brains."

"This is about to reach 1000 comments. I feel bad for Jisoo for having terrible fans."

Meanwhile, Dior Beauty has already posted several clips and photos of Jisoo, featuring the "FLOWER" songstress enjoying the exhibition.
