BIGBANG G-Dragon Thrilled With Upcoming Solo Album: 'I'm excited myself for it'
In his newest photoshoot with ELLE magazine, G-Dragon has shared his excitement about his upcoming solo album, passion for music, and more.

BIGBANG G-Dragon Enthusiastic With Upcoming Solo Music, Shares Reflection on Career
G-Dragon has been featured on ELLE magazine's July issue, where he sported a workshop collection from Chanel, inspired by Senegal's capital, Dakar.
The artist was interviewed about his upcoming solo album, leading him to express his excitement over the forthcoming music.
G-Dragon expressed that he's thrilled for it, and he's making the album wholeheartedly, given how long has it been since he promoted as a solo artist. He also added that once the tracks are finally arranged, he'll be able to explore his current feelings through it.
"I'm excited for it myself, and I'm working on the new album with a full heart, since it's been so long since I promoted as soloist G-Dragon. When the songs become complete, I think I'll be able to be aware of what emotions I'm currently feeling."

G-Dragon openly shared his thoughts on the songwriting that occurred for the album, threading on his emotions embedded through his songs over the years. He also added that the best way to understand his inner self was through music.
"I do my best to communicate with music. When I reflect on the feelings I've put in songs through the years, all of it contains my experiences. I knew that the best way to grasp who I am, was through music itself."

G-Dragon also remarked how he aspires to become someone iconic, regardless of how fast K-pop changes in terms of time or trends.
"Comparison will always be there, and if that's indeed true, then I think It's good to hear. When I recall the people whom I think are iconic or memorable, they're remembered for who they truly are despite the constant change of trends or generation. I want to become someone with those attributes."
G-Dragon Teases VIPs With Comeback on Pictorial With Harper's Bazaar
In other news, G-Dragon has already hinted his highly anticipated comeback on March 16, when he was featured in the April issue of Harper's Bazaar.
The photoshoot featured him in Chanel's 2023 Spring / Summer Ready to Wear collection, comprised of eye-catching jackets and accessories. However, during the pictorial, he also hinted a possible return to the K-pop scene.
"I want to let you all know that I'm working on a new project, which excites me in so many ways. I can't give all the details yet, but there's still a process under way. We're working on it thoroughly."
