SM Entertainment filed a complaint with the police in response to the loud protests, leading to multiple police car arrivals throughout the day.

The truck management company representing Taeyeon's fans cooperated with the police clarifies that the protests were not politically motivated.
They also confirmed that the protests would continue on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM until SM Entertainment issues a direct apology for mismanagement.
‘Fans Follows Legal Proceedings’ Says Local Police
Interestingly, Taeyeon's fans followed the proper legal procedures and successfully obtained approval from the Seoul District Police for their organized protest.
The police granted the request on June 23, legitimizing the ongoing truck protests outside SM Entertainment's building.
