Jungkook is gearing up for his solo music!

On June 30, at midnight KST, BIGHIT MUSIC announced the start of Jungkook's solo activities, including a release of a digital single titled "Seven."

In their statement, BIGHIT MUSIC stated that "Seven" will be released on July 14, at 1 p.m. KST. The agency also added that "Seven" will incorporate elements of a summer track, along with Jungkook's charms and charisma.

Additionally, they also encouraged everyone to send their support for Jungkook's upcoming solo endeavors, and his exciting summer-themed digital single.

"Hello.

This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

We are here to inform you about BTS member Jungkook, who will be releasing his solo digital single 'Seven.'

'Seven' will be a stimulating "summer track," which will showcase audiences the full extent of Jungkook's charms. We hope that 'Seven' will deliver a fun-filled summer to the next level.

As Jungkook starts his official solo activities, we kindly ask everyone to give their high anticipation and support for his digital single and many more activities in the future.

'Seven' release date: 1 p.m. (KST), July 14, 2023, Friday."

Jungkook's upcoming music was first hinted through an unconfirmed report on June 4, when Korean news outlets Sports Chosun stated the idol was gearing for a solo album scheduled for July 14. Moreover, it also announced that the album will have a full English track.

However, BIGHIT MUSIC responded that further updates will be announced once the details for the release have been finalized.

"When the release schedule for Jungkook's solo album has been confirmed, we will issue an announcement."
