8+ Most Popular K-pop Male Idols for July 2023: BTS Jungkook, Kang Daniel, More!
While the July popularity rankings for boy groups, girl groups, and fourth-gen rookies are already out, the Korean Business Research Institute has announced their newest brand reputation rankings for this month, covering individual male K-pop idols.
According to their chart, the data was derived from numerous factors such as the participation of consumers, media coverage, and other aspects that can lead to general exposure and buzz. The data gathered are covered from June 15 to July 15.
Here are 10 most popular K-pop boy group members for July 2023!
1. BTS Jungkook
Jungkook made it on the first place with a brand reputation index of 4,637,262, alongside with 90.82 percent positive reactions on his positivity-negativity analysis.
From June to July, Jungkook has been making waves with his solo track "Seven" which marked his first official solo endeavor. With his appearances on his broadcasts, updates, and teasers, Jungkook has placed on the list's No. 1 spot.
2. Kang Daniel
In the second place, Kang Daniel earned a brand reputation index of 4,472,880, due to a 12.68 percent score increase, proving his unwavering popularity.
3. BTS Jimin
BTS member Jimin made it on the third place after garnering a brand reputation index of 4,214,731.
4. BTS V
Jimin was trailed by his fellow bandmate V, who secured the fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,506,455.
5. BIGBANG G-Dragon
G-Dragon managed to defend his place at the fifth spot with a brand reputation index of 2,227,966, completing the top five.
6. ASTRO Cha Eun Woo
Meanwhile, idol actor Cha Eun Woo of ASTRO joined the list's sixth place with a brand reputation index of 1,867,039.
7. Park Jihoon
Former Wanna One member Park Jihoon secured the seventh place after gaining a brand reputation index of 1,835,170.
8. BTS J-Hope
J-Hope gained an index of 1,692,290 for the month of July.
9. BTS Suga
Suga followed at No. 9 with a brand reputation index of 1,643,503.
10. Hwang Minhyun
Finally, the top 10 was completed by former NU'EST and Wanna One member Hwang Minhyun with an index of 1,608,157.
