NewJeans Fanbase Account Hacked by BLINK? Stans Discover Extra 'Proofs' Regarding Claims

Stans have found additional hacking "evidence" on NewJeans' global account, which drew flak for a previous rude comment on BLACKPINK Lisa's bikini photos.

Was it hacked by a BLINK?

Claims of BLINK Having Hacked NewJeans' Global Fanbase Account Revealed

On August 16, an online forum was made and titled, "NewJeans' Global Fan Account Hacking Case Summary."

Inside the discussion, the author recounted the events about a global NewJeans fan account's comment on BLACKPINK's maknae Lisa's viral bikini photos.

On August 9, Lisa uploaded her holiday pictures on her official Instagram account.

This led to numerous praises from netizens, who complimented Lisa for her stunning physique and confidence.

However, amid the positive comments, a NewJeans fan account abruptly commented that Lisa looked terrible in the photos, accompanied by a series of degrading emojis.

The comment from @NEWJEANSGLOBAL immediately caused an outrage across social media, angering BLINKs, and Lisa's solo fans, Lilies. They then rallied online to call out the fan account because of the crude comment.

Fans also trended "APOLOGIZE TO LISA" on Twitter, as well as expressed how embarrassing it was for the Bunny fandom and NewJeans. Afterwards, @NEWJEANSGLOBAL followed up an official apology for the incident, declaring they were hacked.

Despite the fan account's clarification and apology, their claims were still deemed as unreliable, as the backlash got worse to the point of receiving death threats.

But in the midst of this issue, additional evidence came into light.

Back at the forum, the author claimed that a BLINK had seized the global account. Twitter user @RUBYFORVE was revealed to have leaked convo screenshots of a separate NewJeans fan account @NewJeansCharts.

Furthermore, several screenshots from various NewJeans accounts were also disclosed, including @hanniglobal_, @NewJeansBrands, @picsofnewjeans, and many more. These accounts are all inside one group chat that involves fan pages related to NewJeans.

Things took a turn when the author mentioned that Spanish NewJeans fan account "newjeans noticias" was asked to disclose their authority. It stated:

"According to one of its admins, only three people have access to the account, and that two of them have different phones for its usage, which means that neither of them is the culprit.

The first person who exposed that specific chat had their screenshot in Spanish, so it just means that (the culprit) was indeed a Spanish person."

The author then uploaded a photo of a NewJeans fan account that pointed out @RUBYFORVE's comment on a Spanish tweet. The Bunny claimed that @RUBYFORVE was the culprit due to its overutilization of emojis, which strongly resembled the controversial comment on Lisa's photos.

But seeing how high the backlash is, the claims of a BLINK hacking inside a NewJeans account were still ruled as unlikely. This was trailed by a myriad of Lilies who continued their focus on mass reporting certain NewJeans fan accounts.

However, the tables all turned when now-deleted Twitter user @RUBYFORVE finally confessed about the negative comment on Lisa. It declared:

"Okay, I will say the truth. YES, I hacked the NewJeans fanbase (account), but (I did it) because you messed with our famdom. So don't ever mess with us ever if you don't want this to happen again. The password is so easy."

Hacking Evidence Receives Mixed Opinions from K-pop Community

The discussion was also followed by comments from netizens, who were both in disbelief and shock. Some netizens drew out their frustration on the BLINK fandom, expressing their relief now that everything has been clarified.

  • "This is some good clarification."
  • "Wow, this is over the top."
  • "It's disgusting and this fandom is freaking evil."

However, some mentioned the lacking substance that was given by the OP and even wondered why @RUBYFORVE would reveal its own actions.

Some found inconsistencies in the OP's explanation. Others exclaimed that one of the admins just forgot to switch accounts before attacking Lisa.

  • "Is this supposed to clarify the situation? There's so little substance."
  • "Why would the BP fan account reveal that it hacked the NewJeans account?"
  • "Not at the 'proof' being a troll account without a single like. Why can't they just remove the culprit admin?"
  • "How much do you wanna bet if it was a Bunny who made the account so BLINKs would get whacked? Just move on, it's a dead topic now anyways."
  • "They insist so much in being hacked when one, if you have a blue tick, that's very unlikely to happen. Two, it they were hacked, it would take days to fix."
  • "The account they're saying that got hacked is a set up account. In conclusion, one of them forgot to switch before harassing Lisa."
