Fans are also anticipating Ahyeon's debut.

YG Entertainment has kept fans on edge with BABYMONSTER, the agency's newest K-pop girl group, who managed to collect huge anticipation from fandoms across the K-pop community.

However, Ahyeon's absence from social media instilled doubts regarding her debut status. The idol's lack of presence led many to speculate about her withdrawal, worrying fans along the way.

This was also fuelled by the attendance of BABYMONSTER members at BLACKPINK's "BORN PINK" finale concert in Seoul, since only six members were spotted without Ahyeon.

On October 10, YG Entertainment confirmed the debut date of BABYMONSTER, who is set to enter the music industry in November this 2023. The agency stated:

"We were careful in selecting BABYMONSTER's title track in order to give out the best result. However, due to this process, the girl group's debut was delayed.

Initially, BABYMONSTER was supposed to debut in September, and we kindly ask for everyone's understanding. The preparations for their debut are now fulfilled and once they make their debut in November, BABYMONSTER will promote continuously.

Please look forward to them."

The agency released a brand new logo of BABYMONSTER. It also included a "Coming Soon" caption, signaling their upcoming debut.

On October 11, JTBC disclosed that a YG Entertainment representative shared that Ahyeon was also prepping for her debut.

"Ahyeon is also preparing for her debut," JTBC stated.

However, some fans were dismayed with how the reveal stirred confusion, due to claims that Ahyeon's upcoming "debut" can possibly be with another girl group under YG instead of BABYMONSTER, thus, creating uncertainty. They remarked:
