In the wake of FIFTY FIFTY's disbandment and a brewing scandal, The Givers' CEO Ahn Sung Il and Director Baek find themselves in the crosshairs of the police.

The allegations range from obstruction of business to embezzlement and forgery of private documents, leading to a two-day investigation at the Gangnam Police Station starting on October 24.

ATTRAKT, the agency representing FIFTY FIFTY, had previously accused Ahn Sung Il of attempting to poach the group's members, sparking this controversy.

Ahn Sung Il, known for his role as the producer of "Cupid," had signed with ATTRAKT as a service company, making this dispute even more contentious.

FIFTY FIFTY, the rising K-pop sensation, made a remarkable debut in November the previous year.

Their song "Cupid" achieved international acclaim by entering the US Billboard 'HOT 100,' establishing the group as one of the fastest K-pop girl groups to achieve this feat shortly after their debut.

However, despite their meteoric rise, disputes between FIFTY FIFTY and ATTRAKT emerged, leading members to seek an injunction against their exclusive contracts with the agency.

Notably, Keena, a member of FIFTY FIFTY, recently returned to ATTRAKT and pointed the finger at CEO Ahn Sung Il as the source of their conflicts.

On October 23, ATTRAKT made the decision to terminate the exclusive contracts of the remaining three FIFTY FIFTY members: Saena, Sio, and Aran.

As the investigation unfolds, this scandal continues to capture public attention, shedding light on the complexities within the K-pop industry.
