Earlier on the same day (October 24), the breakup was confirmed by an industry representative, who shared that Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun's relationship became distant because of their hectic schedules, which ultimately led to their separation.

The insider stated:

"The relationship between Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun naturally became withdrawn due to their busy schedule, and they have broken up."

Upon learning of the news, Jisoo's agency YG Entertainment confirmed, "It's true that Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun broke up with each other."

The news came out as a shock to many, as netizens were surprised that Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun's relationship only lasted three months. On August 3, Korean news outlets confirmed their relationship, followed by the statements from Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun's agencies.

However, while many were sad to learn of their breakup, a seemingly huge portion of the internet was shown to be rejoicing. After the author's information relay in the forum, the post was followed by happy Korean netizens, who approved of the breakup.

BLINKs, specifically Jisoo's solo stans Sooyas, were shown to be having the time of their lives on social media. Some praised the decision to separate, while others expressed that Jisoo just got "unlucky" in the game.
