aespa Teams Up With RIIZE for 'Winter-KBS' Stage at 2023 Music Bank Global Festival
aespa x RIIZE collab is finally happening! At the upcoming 2023 Music Bank Global Festival, two members from each group will form a co-ed sub-unit and perform a stage under the theme, "Winter-KBS"!
On December 15, KBS2's 2023 Music Bank Global Festival, formerly known as KBS Gayo Daechukje, will broadcast live at the KBS Hall, featuring a lineup of 38 mega K-pop artists.
On this day, the event which starts at 8:30 p.m. KST will be divided into two parts, led by IVE Jang Wonyoung and Rowoon as MCs for Part 1 while Go Min Si and Lee Young Ji accompanied the idol-turned-actor on Part 2.

Among the best year-end stages prepared for the ceremony, SM Entertainment artists aespa and RIIZE raised fans' anticipation as its members are expected to showcase a dream collaboration!
Among aespa, Karina & Winter will join RIIZE Wonbin & Shotaro to show off their top-notch skills and synergy through a special collaboration stage, "Winter-KBS." The unit's name was formed by using Winter's name and the other idol's initials, K-Karina, B- (Won) Bin and S-Shotaro.
Upon announcement, viewers and fans expressed excitement as both groups stand as two of the top-tier artists of the current K-pop era.

aespa has been continuing their popularity as a trend girl group with consecutive hits this year with "Spicy" and "Drama" while RIIZE also made a strong entry in the music scene by sweeping major music charts at home and abroad shortly after debuting with its single album, "Get A Guitar."
Among the two groups' members, Karina, Winter, Won Bin and Shotaro have proven their unrivaled performance and stage dominance through their past stages, thus, there is a high expectation for the colorful and intense collab performance they will show.
KBS's PD team teased the "Winter-KBS" stage by adding:
"aespa Karina, Winter as well as RIIZE's Won Bin, and Shotaro are practicing despite their busy schedules for the fans waiting for the collaboration stage.
We will present a fantastic chemistry on a stage that combines the three elements of singing, visuals, and performance."

The 2023 Music Bank Global Festival will be held on December 15 at 8:30 pm KST and during its Part 1, singers such as Sunmi, Hwasa, Young K, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, fromis_9, (G)I-DLE, ONEUS, TXT, CRAVITY, aespa, IVE, Xdinary Heroes, H1-KEY, RIIZE, ZEROBASEOBE, XIKERS and Fantasy Boyz will attend it.
In the second part, Lee Young Ji, Golden Girls, SHINee, MeloMance, Kang Daniel, The Boy, Stray Kids, ATEEZ ITZY, P1HARMONY, STAYC, ENHYPEN, NiziU, Kep1er, NMIXX, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, &team and BOYNEXTDOOR.
