Jodi Arias trial hypnotized America. People were glued to their TVs for the five-month Jodi Arias trial. The Lifetime TV movie, “Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret” pulled in 3.1 million viewers. The last surviving member of the Bee Gees is recording a song about Jodi Arias and now there is a new TV movie in the works about the convicted killer and it’s going to be a sexy outing.

Jodi Arias is still in lock up, waiting for the penalty phase of her murder trial. Jodi Arias was convicted of the grisly murder of her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander. The former waitress and budding photographer stabbed him 27 times, shot him in the face and cut his throat from ear to ear with such force she almost took his head off. Jodi Arias said she did it in self-defense. She claimed Travis Alexander had a violent outburst while they were shooting a nude video and she dropped his camera. The jury found her guilty but couldn’t decide whether to sentence her to life in prison or give her the death penalty.

Hollywoodlife.com reported that whoever plays Jodi Arias “needs to be extremely comfortable being depicted in a very kinky, highly sexual role. She’s going to be having all kinds of sex on screen.” The casting notice also said that the actress will have to be comfortable “depicting physically violent scenes.”

Most of the facts of the Jodi Arias case have been made public. More information has been coming out since the transcripts were released by the Arizona Republic. The movie may uncover some new information on the dysfunctional relationship.

The Jodi Arias trial is set to resume in September. Just in time for the new TV season.
