Crayon Pop Spends Another Week Atop The Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 With 'Bar Bar Bar'

Riding the crest of Internet buzz, "Bar Bar Bar," by five-member girl group Crayon Pop, is the number one song on the Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 for the second week in a row.

The music video for "Bar Bar Bar" received over three million views and thrust the group onto the international stage.

But according to the Crayon Pop's lead dancer Ellin, the huge response to their music video took the whole band by surprise.

"In the beginning, we weren't sure [about our popularity] because we would go straight to practice after our daily schedule," the dancer told Billboard Magazine in an interview published on Tuesday.

"We found out about our growing popularity when people started telling us 'you guys are really popular!' That's when it started really hitting us. We can also tell by the amount of video covers coming up on the Internet lately."

After debuting last week at number 28, "Superstar K2" winner Huh Gak's new single "That You're Mine" featuring Swings, jumped into the number two position in the Billboard K-pop top five this week.

Golden Doo Hyun and Playful Child co-wrote the ska-influenced track. The songwriting team also composed A Pink's 2012 hit "Bubibu."

Rapper Bumkey, who released his first single "Bad Girl" back in June, debuts in the number three position on the Billboard K-pop chart, with his song "Attraction" featuring the rappers Dynamic Duo.

Bumkey co-produced the track with the songwriting duo Double Sidekick.

The music video for "Attraction" has been getting attention, particularly for the steamy performance by Crayon Pop's Ellin.

Hanging tough at the number four position is "Growl" by EXO.

The song has lingered for a month on the Billboard chart, but so far hasn't been able to crack the number four spot.

And rounding out the hip hop flavored Billboard K-pop top five this week, is rapper San E's track "Story of Somebody I Know."

The video for "Story of Somebody I Know," which features the rapper telling a beautiful psychologist the details of a devastating breakup, stars Nara from the group Hello Venus.
