One thing's for sure: Harry Styles' ex girlfriend Taylor Swift is out of the picture. According to Hello! magazine, Harry Styles said he is just "friends" with Taylor Swift now, and they are definitely no longer dating.

So this opens up a window for Kendall Jenner, the young "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star and half-sister of Kim Kardashian.

Following a midnight dinner date, Kendall Jenner started following Harry Styles on Instagram, Hello! magazine reports. While this might seem like small potatoes, in the age of social media among young teenagers, this means more than just an interest in his pictures.

E! News reports that Harry Styles, 19, and Kendall Jenner, 18, were photographed in the One Direction singer's black Range Rover after leaving Craig's restaurant at about 12:15 in the morning, in West Hollywood, California, on Wednesday, Nov. 20.

Last weekend, Harry explained what he is looking for in a girlfriend, on the "Jonathan Ross Show," Hello! magazine reports.

"I think you know when you find someone, I guess. I think, just someone who is nice," he said.

When E! News asked Harry Styles' rep about whether or not he was dating Kendall Jenner, the rep said: "There is no comment on this."

Harry Styles famously dated Taylor Swift from November 2012 to January 2013. Sources in the April 2013 issue of Vanity Fair said that their relationship ended after Swift, 23, saw a picture of Styles "making out" with a friend, Us Weekly reports.

Styles admitted to British GQ that having a public relationship can be tough with the fame that comes with being in One Direction, Hollywood Life reports. "The only time it gets really annoying is that if you get into a relationship and you get into a place where you really like someone and then things are being written in the papers that affect them and how they see you. Then it can get annoying," he said.
