Top Android Phones 2013: Gold-Donned HTC One Officially Hits European Market

Even as it approaches almost a year in the market, the HTC One is still one of the top Android phones in 2013. And it looks like the Taiwanese manufacturer is not yet done with it just to sell as many units before the rumored One M2 takes over next year.

Now, HTC has officially announced the 'champagne gold' option for the HTC One.

In a report by GSM Arena, the new gold version is not made up of real gold just like 24-carat version of Gold Genie, and the 18-carat variant which was especially made for MOBO. Instead, the phone would be coated with champagne gold paint, the hue similar to that of the iPhone 5s.

This color variant joins other color options (Blue, Red and the classic Silver and Black edition) for the manufacturer's current flagship. While the HTC One max is less than a month old, it may also get any of these color options in the near future.

In case you haven't read about the HTC One yet, it is a gorgeous device that sports a 4.7" display with 1080p resolution, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM and a 4MP UltraPixel camera.

According to the report, the champagne gold HTC one will be available in several carriers in Europe in the next few days.
