Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore Are Divorced After Settling $300 Million Fortune; Kutcher Free to Propose to Mila Kunis

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are divorced. It's been almost two years since Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher separated. Mila Kunis has been quoted as saying she was tired of the divorce drama.

Ashton Kutcher has been in a relationship with his "That '70s Show" costar Mila Kunis since the breakup with Demi Moore. A source told People magazine, "He's set on proposing to Mila. He can't wait to start his life with her."

On Tuesday Ashton Kutcher's attorney filed papers to end his six year marriage to Demi Moore. The Kutcher-Moore divorce documents were then signed off by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon. Ashton Kutcher, 35, and Demi Moore, 51, split up in November 2011 after reports that Kutcher was unfaithful. At the time Moore said, in a statement, "It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."

Kutcher tweeted back "I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail."

Kutcher has been dating Mila Kunis for over a year. Demi Moore has been seeing the yoga enthusiast Will Hanigan.

Ashton filed for divorce in December 2012, while Moore filed this past March. The Hollywood star couple were bickering over money. Ashton and Demi were fighting over fortune estimated at about $300 million.

Demi Moore isn't broke, but it was reported that at one point she wanted spousal support from Ashton.  Kutcher is the top-earning actor on TV. The former "That 70s Show" star makes about $24 million off his new show "Two and a Half Men." Kutcher also invested in a lot of tech startups, like Skype. Moore says he wouldn't have been able to make those investments without her. A source close to Moore said "Demi introduced him to powerful friends that took Ashton under their wings. He would not have been able to make so much money if he had not met them."

Kutcher launched A-Grade Investments which is valued at $100 million, with billionaire Ron Burkle and Demi Moore's friend Guy Oseary in 2010,

According to court documents, the terms of the settlement are private.

This was Demi Moore's third marriage. She was married to rocker Freddy Moore from 1980 to 1885 and to actor Bruce Willis from 1987 to 2000.
