Katy Perry causing a stir again about having a romance with Robert Pattinson because of a recent karaoke video that was leaked online - which happened 8 years ago by the way.

The "Roar" singer is certainly not happy with the leaked video as she told 2DayFM, "That's the media for you, nothing is sacred, not even karaoke. We were just hanging out, one of my friends is a mutual friend, and we got wasted and did karaoke as you do.

"Eight years later, it finally f***ing shows up on the internet!"

Most certainly, Katy Perry was pissed, but she clearly stated that there is nothing romantic happened between her and Robert Pattinson, that is was just a karaoke video where two friends are happily singing together.

"At least it shows you that we're just friends, like true friends. If you're a girl you can't be friends with that guy, like, come on! I feel for him."

The video that was leaked online showed Perry and Pattinson singing to the tune of Boyz II Men's "I'll Make Love To You," while drinking - a video suggesting that it happened during the Christmas season.

Katy was also seen sitting on Rob's lap, while singing blissfully.

While, the tabloids are busy spreading rumors about Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson dating or having some sort of romantic spark, the 29-year old pop star slammed the rumors telling Elle UK in an interview on August:

"Okay, so here's the proof there was never anything going on with me and Robert Pattinson," she said. "I fart in front of him. Properly fart. And I never, ever fart in front of a man I am dating. That's a rule."

She continued saying that Rob was like her little brother."We just hang out. The other day, I said: 'One of the things I'm most proud of is not sleeping with you, Robert.' And that's true," she added.
