Justin Bieber just released his "All That Matters" music video, and shares some steamy kisses with his girlfriend in the clip. His girlfriend in the music video says she was so blown away by kissing Justin Bieber that she got a speeding ticket when she was driving from the "All That Matters" set.

Cailin Russo, the 19-year-old blonde beauty who shares some sexy scenes with Justin Bieber in the "All That Matters" music video, revealed to Cosmopolitan what it felt like to kiss Selena Gomez's ex boyfriend.

"In the beginning it was kind of weird because I had never kissed anyone on set that passionately or that famous," she said of Bieber.

"I wasn't a super fan of his before I did this and I just kept thinking to myself that people would kill to do this. Kissing him was nice - I got butterflies, and I do still to this day. After the shoot wrapped it felt so surreal, I even got a speeding ticket after the shoot because I was on such a high. I guess you could say I wouldn't mind doing it again."

He must be quite a kisser! Selena Gomez was once a lucky lady.

It also sounds like Cailin and Justin stay in contact, even though the "All That Matters" music video production is over. She said she has Bieber's number in her phone, but saves it "under an alias."

"If my phone is out, and I'm with people, I don't want anyone to see if he texts me or FaceTimes me, ya know?" she added.

Do we see a new romance budding? We're thinking if Cailin becomes Justin's girlfriend, there's going to be quite a feud between her and Selena. According to Us Weekly, Selena already shared a selfie on Instagram with the caption, "I thought he only liked the Latina category. Smh... #nomakeup #hatewhengirlssaythat," and Russo thinks it was a dig aimed at her, she told Cosmo.

Bieber even posted on Instagram of Cailin kissing him on the cheek. But according to New York Daily News, the young blonde says she already has a boyfriend.
