In the last game, the Lakers superstar scored nine points in a limited 28-minute playtime where he collected eight turnovers as well, showing how rusty the shooting guard is after missing 19 games because of the Achilles tendon injury.

"He'll work through his issues, and again, they're baby steps," coach Mike D'Antoni said. "He's coming back from a tough injury, and he's coming off eight months ... he is human, I think. We have to understand it's going to take the other players around him.
"It's going to be a little painful at first, but the biggest thing is just getting everybody else to step up and take care of him, and we did not do that."

On the other hand the Suns including Markieff Morris will be coming to LA to try and spoil another game for Kobe.

The Suns are coming off from a win against Toronto where they won 106-97, with Morris scoring a team high 25-points and adding 11 rebounds in the said game.

"I've just got a great feel for the game right now,'' said Morris "I'm not trying to shoot as many 3s as I have in the past. I've just been working on driving to the basket and trying to get to the line."
