After winning five in a row, the Canadiens lost 6-0 vs the Los Angeles Kings on Tuesday that actually ended a 9-0-1 streak.

"For us, you know what is important, we address it with the players shortly on the ice [and] we're moving on," coach Michel Therrien told NHL.com. "We want to make sure that it won't happen again. We did a lot of good things, and the most important game is tomorrow."

The Canadiens were fifth in the Atlantic Division, seventh in the Eastern Conference, when the 10-game run started. They are now second in the Atlantic, third in the East.

"At the end of the day, you have to look at the couple of weeks that we've had and focus on what's still ahead," forward Brian Gionta said. "If we can come out and win the next three games this week, the loss would just go unnoticed. It's just about not letting things snowball and getting back on track as soon as possible."

The injury report, according to NHL.com:

"Canadiens forward Rene Bourque (upper body) skated before practice Wednesday, but will not be with the team on its two-game road trip. Monday is the target for Bourque's return, Therrien said. Defenseman Davis Drewiske (shoulder) is out. ... Flyers center Vincent Lecavalier (back) is on injured reserve."
