Gucci Mane New album 2013 'State vs Radric Davis 2: The Caged Bird Sings' Out On Christmas, 'Georgia's Most Wanted' Rapper Accused In Slim Dunkin Death Case

Gucci Mane's new album 'State vs. Radric Davis II : The Caged Bird Sings' is all set for Christmas 2014 release.

The speculations regarding the new album started early Tuesday and the Traphouse singer confirmed the new album release by unveiling its cover art, track list and announcing the release date.

Gucci's new album consists of 17 tracks. The second track on the track list Jackie Chan feat. Migos was released on Thursday, December 12, 2013, right before the weekend.

The album's name characteristically reflects Mane's situation in life. The State vs. Radric Davis (I) had come out in 2009 and at that time as well, Mane was involved in a legal scuffle. The Caged Bird Sings underlines the Georgia's Most Wanted singer's term in jail.

The cover art for the album depicts a bird inside or at the helm of a red-bordered cage or jailhouse. The Bird commands more attention on the cover than the apparent jailhouse.

Rapper's fans and critics were shocked and surprised at the announcement of new album, given his imprisoned state and probable 20 years in prison. The BuWorp has been charged with two counts of possessing a firearm. In addition to 20 years of jail sentence, he may have to pay $250,000 as fine.

Gucci Mane aka Radric Davis' troubles were aggravated several notches on Wednesday when he was named in 'Slim Dunkin' murder case.  The complaint was lodged by Dunkin's father Mark Hamilton.

Slim Dunkin, original name Martin Hamilton, was shot dead in 2011 after a feud with Vinson 'Young Vito' Hardimon over a piece of Candy.

Hardimon was later acquitted of murder but sentenced for 25 years in jail over aggravated assault and possession of firearms.

Along with BuWorp, Vinson Hardimon, ABC Corp. Warner Brothers Music International and others have also named as defendants in the new complaint. In his complaint, Martin satated that Hardimon or someone associated with him blamed Hamilton (Sim Dukin) of having tempered with Hardimon's candy.

The two got into a scuffle which led to Hamilton being shot to death. The incident took place Zone 6 Studio in East Atlanta where Slim Dunkin was preparing to shoot a music video with Gucci Mane.
