Arrow Season 2 Spoilers: Will Roy Discover Oliver’s Secret Identity? Getting Injected By Brother Blood Could Turn Roy Into A Villain?

SPOILER ALERT! The contents below have some major spoilers on the upcoming episodes of Arrow Season 2!

Before Arrow Season 2 mid-season finale ended, we saw Roy getting injected by the Mirakuru serum.

Roy, who was investigating the sudden death of Sin's friend, was captured by Cyrus Gold, the man who attacked Oliver. Cyrus brought Roy to Sebastian and injects him with the Mirakuru serum.

While everyone was so nervous wondering whether Roy was really [Spoiler!] dead, Oliver came to the rescue and was able to revive him [thankfully!].

But, one of the things viewers are wondering right now is whether Roy saw Oliver's face when he was reviving him.

TVLine talked to the show's executive producers Andrew Kreisberg and Greg Berlanti and teased about the upcoming "dark times ahead."

Does this "dark times" means Roy actually did uncover Oliver's secret?

Kreisberg did not reveal much. However, he confirmed more people will learn the truth about Oliver.

"Over the course of the season, a couple more people will find out," Kreisberg said.

But, this isn't the only thing that viewers should look out for when Arrow Season 2 returns this January.

Remember, Roy got injected with the Mirakuru serum. As you all know, anyone who got injected by it and survive will undergo major transformation - not just physically, but emotionally as well.

TVLine also asked the show's EPs regarding Roy's fate after the incident this mid-season finale.

Here's what Kreisberg got to say, "What's fun for us as writers is we see what Roy's potential is to go down that dark path, too. It's a deep-seated anger inside of you that lets you survive the transformation."

Kreisberg added, "One of the fun things that will be happening in the back half of the year is [Roy's] relationship with the Arrow and how that changes and how the Arrow basically makes it his mission to not let Roy go down the Slade path. That takes some interesting twists and turns."

With Kreisberg's revelations, it could possibly mean that Roy will have a hard time controlling the transformation. Plus, with his recent fallback with the Green Arrow (Oliver shot him with an Arrow, remember?), it could mean that Roy will be focusing his anger towards the Vigilante during this transformation.

But, does Roy already know Oliver's secret identity? It is a possibility. It could also mean that Roy will get angry at the Arrow/Oliver after finding out that it is his girlfriend's brother who is responsible for his leg getting shot by an arrow.
