The Los Angeles County Coroner released Lisa Robin Kelly's cause of death on Friday. E! News confirmed that the former "That 70's Show" actress died from "multiple drug intoxication." Lisa Robin Kelly played the promiscuous Laurie Forman, Eric's older sister on the long running sitcom. Kelly left the series in 2003 and was replaced by Christina Moore during the show's sixth season on air. Kelly died from multiple drug intoxication. TMZ.com reported that Kelly died in her sleep six months ago.

The Wrap reported that, more than four months after Lisa Robin Kelly died suddenly at age 43, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Department has ruled her cause of death to be "multiple drug intoxication." The coroner's report didn't identify the specific drugs in her system. A full report will be released next week.

According to Lt. Cheryl MacWilliem the Los Angeles County Coroney, Lisa Robin Kelly died of died of multiple drug intoxication. The report found that Kelly's death occurred due to an accidental overdose of multiple drugs.

Lisa Robin Kelly died on August 14, 2013. She was 43. According to reports, Kelly was a drug addict. Kelly had a history with illegal substances. The actress had been arrested at least four times during the past three years for DUI, spousal abuse and assault. In November 2012, she was arrested for allegedly assaulting her husband. In June 2013 Kelly was booked on suspicion of DUI. The incident marked the second DUI arrest for the actress. Kelly pled guilty to the same charge in 2010. She was arrested for domestic abuse in April 2012. After a fight with her husband at her New Orleans home in November 2012 she was arrested for assault.

Kelly was sleeping at the time of her death. The death was ruled an accident and clarified that the fatal injury occurred by oral ingestion. Craig Wyckoff, Lisa Robin Kelly's manager, said she visiting rehab several days before her death. Wyckoff said that she had voluntarily checked herself into a treatment center days earlier.

At the time, her publicist said "Lisa had voluntarily checked herself into a treatment facility early this week where she was battling the addiction problems that have plagued her these past few years. I spoke to her on Monday and she was hopeful and confident, looking forward to putting this part of her life behind her. Last night she lost the battle."

According to TheWrap, "Further details from the coroner's department were scant, aside from the fact that the fatal intoxication took place by oral ingestion, and that the manner of death was accidental."
