Celebrity Workout Routines: Hercules Star Dwayne Johnson’s Tweets Inspired This Regimen Designed To Help You Get An Impressive Physical Prowess

Celebrity Workout Routines: Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s tweets have inspired this workout featured on Muscle & Strength that’s intended to help you have an impressive physical prowess and a raw strength that’ll strike fear in your foes.

Dwayne Johnson’s Hercules Workout
According to Brad Borland, strength and conditioning specialist who wrote this workout and founder of WorkoutLab, winter is the perfect time to pack on some serious, strong, raw, muscles. Like Hercules, it will take a brutal plan that is not only effective but also simple to execute.

The strength specialist noted that this Hercules-inspired training program will inspire you to go to war but will also try to bury you under the heavy weight and effort it requires. Effectively executing this program will lead to a thicker, stronger, and more muscular physique.

Important Guidelines

To gain raw muscle and strength, few rules apply. It’s important that you keep a simple theme and utilize easy to execute tactics for maximum gain.

Borland says that simple, compound movements are at the top of the list. Most of these exercises will be in the form of multi-joint moves so a large number of muscles will be stimulated through countless single joint moves.

Go heavy, then moderate, then heavier. The program Borland offers will require you training with a low rep range for three weeks, then moderate rep range for another three weeks, then back to lower rep range.

This program needs to be applied three days per week and you need to be sure you are training non-consecutive days. You’re also encouraged to do something different on rest days. And it’s a must that you stick to good form and technique at all times.
