In a recent interview, the 25-year-old brunette beauty gushed about her connection with her former beau. She reminisced about the auditions for the first film wherein there was an "instant chemistry" between her and the 26-year-old actor.

Prior to the release of the first 'The Mortal Instruments' film, Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell-Bower have called it quits. Despite their break-up, they remained very good friends that on the film's red carpet premiere, they have engaged in an extreme public display of affection.

Although fans initially refused to believe that they have parted ways, the confirmation took place when the face of Lancome went out on a movie date with Zac Efron. According to reports, the 'Neighbors' actor heavily relied on Collins during his rehabilitation stint. Apart from their movie date, they were similarly seen holding hands at Disneyland.

However, with Efron's recent announcement of his single status, Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell-Bower might have the chance to give their love a second try. Since they will start the filming of the second movie, 'City of Ashes', the two will have plenty of time together.
