Upcoming Sony Phones 2014: Sirius Could Be Xperia Z1L Or Xperia Z2, Appears In Yet Another Set Of Live Images

In case you have been waiting for upcoming Sony phones in 2014 that are flagship material, the Sony Sirius may just be what you are looking for. Dubbed as the Xperia D6503, the Android-powered handset could only be one of two highly anticipated handsets from the Japanese manufacturer. Now, another set of leaked images show us more details about the Sirius' design and build. As seen from the image above, the Xperia D6503 looks similar to the Xperia Z1 as far as build and design are concerned. The fact that Sony was able to keep the thin bezels is an accomplishment and certainly a plus on the aesthetics department. There would also be dual speakers at the top and bottom part of the device for a much better audio experience. As for the specs, we already know that the Sirius will have a 5.2-inch screen with 1080 resolution, four 2.3GHz Krait 400 cores, Snapdragon 800, 3GB of RAM, Adreno 330 for superior graphics performance, and a 20.7MP camera that is able to shoot 4K videos. According to the report from GSM Arena, there are also a number of cool features such as the option to choose a simple launcher or the Xperia launcher, Glove Mode, Smart Backlight controls, and a grid of your social media accounts - one that functions similar to HTC's Blinkfeed feature. As the MWC approaches, we hope to see and be able to confirm most of the rumored specs of the Sony Sirius.
