Miley Cyrus Tour 2014: Announcing the tour for her new album 'Bangerz', Miley Cyrus is set to go around the world and hit the US with her wrecking ball, as she will have her world tour for her new album starting February.

The Bangerz Tour will kickoff in Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada on February 14 and will tour the west coast and return to the east coast where she will end her US and Canada tour April 24 in Uniondale, New York before she heads to Europe from May to June.

Icona Pop and Sky Ferreira have confirmed to open for Miley on her North American leg of her tour.

It was reported that Miley is joining forces with the creator of Nickelodeon show 'The Ren & Stimpy Show', John Kricfalusi, to provide the artwork and backdrop designs for the Bangerz Tour.

"His art is driving a lot of the tour," Cyrus said in an interview. "Our whole tour is literally based on animals," and will include "imaginative animals [Kricfalusi has] made on his own."

The former Hannah Montana star's goal on her Bangerz tour is to inspire and be a model of individuality to her young girl fans as it builds most of her fans. She is set to build a "feminist energy" when she hit the stage on Valentine's Day.

Miley Cyrus' new album 'Bangerz' include the hits that topped the charts and made 2013 memorable because of the songs 'We Can't Stop', her smash hit 'Wrecking Ball' that became very viral last year and her latest release 'Adore You', which was released Dec. 17.

The singer described the new album Bangerz, as a "dirty south hip-hop" album that she said would "set a new standard for pop music".

2013 has been a roller coaster for the pop singer as she was criticized heavily with her new image that basically started on her first music video for the album - 'We Can't Stop' - where she was seen in a sexy outfit, much different from her former look.
