Kanye West Tour 2014: Kanye Extends His Yeezus Tour After Adding A Few More Shows In The East Coast And Canada, West To Perform New Tracks?

Kanye West Tour 2014: After finishing a Yeezus Tour where he travelled with Kendrick Lamar across North America, Kanye West announced a few more shows where it is focused more on the East Coast and in Canada.

The second leg of the Kanye West Tour will start on February 13 in University Park, PA and will end in New York on the 23rd. The 10-day extension of the tour will be a follow up after canceling and postponing some shows due to a damaged gear in November.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, West's spokesperson said that the damaged gear were "central to the staging of the Yeezus tour and central to the creative vision put forth by Kanye West and his design team." After fixing the issues they faced during the first part of the tour, he resumed with what Rolling Stone described as a "fiery, confident performance" to continue with the second part of the tour.

In recent reports, Kanye has been reported to be working already for a follow-up of 'Yeezus' as he is expected to come up with a new release.

Kanye West's Yeezus tour became the second highest ranked tour behind Paul McCartney's tour, on Billboard's Hot Tours list last year. It has been reported that in December, West's tour between October and December grossed $25.2 million, including a whopping $3 million for his two shows in Madison Square Garden alone.

Kanye is set to repeat the success of his last year's leg with the additional shows announced this February.
