As "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 continues its hiatus, spoilers regarding the cast, storylines, and even the future of the show have surfaced.

Jo and Alex on "Grey's Anatomy" may be all lovey dovey right now, but a future storyline may send Jo into an emotional hailstorm.

According to spoilers by TVLine, an upcoming season 10 episode will have Jo reeling after discovering a baby in a dumpster.

“Stephanie and Jo are out in the back of the hospital by the dumpsters, which is the new cool intern hangout, and Stephanie accidentally kicks a box, and there’s a baby in it,” teased actress Camilla Luddington.

“And so we find this dumpster baby, which, of course, is very difficult for Jo because she has abandonment issues. And she is not on the case, and she really wants to be working on it.”

Does this foreshadow baby talk between Jo and Alex soon?

In addition, a new promo for "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 is highlighting the cliffhanger between April, Matthew, and Jackson.

"I can't say what April's response is going to be, but I can say that Jackson is going to have an, 'Oh my God, what have I gotten myself into?' moment at some stage in the very near future. Anytime you think there's solid ground, it turns out to be slippery," said Jesse Williams.

And in case you're worried, spoilers also confirm that "Grey's Anatomy" is not likely to go anywhere anytime soon.

"[Executive producer] Shonda Rhimes is one of the greatest writers that our generation has seen. She's continuing to write an immensely powerful show. It makes you laugh and cry every week, and what season are we now?" asked ABC president Paul Lee according to E! Online.

"And by the way, to her enormous credit, it is completely different than 'Scandal.' And I love it. I think it's going to stay on the network for many years to come."
