iPhone 6 Rumors: Apple Has Reportedly Decided To Build An iPhone With 4.8 Inches Display

A few days after an alleged release date was leaked, new reports say that Apple has finally decided to make a 4.8-inch iPhone.

In a report by GSM Arena, an analyst said in a note to investors that Apple has already made the decision to pack a 4.8-inch screen on the upcoming iPhone 6.

Cowen and Company analyst Timothy Arcuri said the information came from the Cupertino company's supply chains, confirming rumors which have been circulating the Web for the past few months.

Aside from the bigger display, the new iPhone 6 will reportedly have an improved Wi-Fi support, and other software enhancements brought about by the new iOS version.

In another rumor, the iPhone 6 will also have a bigger 5.7-inch sibling, which would fall in the phablet category.

The 4.8-inch iPhone is reported to be announced in June this year, while the phablet could be launched the same time the iPhone 5s and 5c were launched last year.
