One month after his scary injury during a rematch against Chris Weidman, Anderson Silva is already eying a comeback fight. After getting out of the hospital, the Spider immediately revealed who he wants for his comeback fight. It is professional boxer Roy Jones Jr.

"When I get better, that's my biggest goal, especially because I won't be able to fight MMA too soon," Silva said when asked by MMAFighting.com if he still wants to fight Jones.

"Fighting in boxing is in my plans, yes, as soon as I'm able to fight again. And Roy is a big idol."

UFC president Dana White has already confirmed that Silva might be back in the octagon by the end of the year.

"He'll be walking before the end of the month without crutches, he'll be training in less than six months and he'll fight before the end of this year," White said.

Although he is positive that the ESPN consensus No. 1 pound-for-pound mixed martial arts fighter can come back, he isn't amused by the idea of having Silva and Jones Jr. figured in a MMA fight despite the fact that they are both good in boxing.

"It doesn't make a lot of sense to me [but] Roy Jones is like his hero and he wants to box him," White added.

Silva is raring to get back in the octagon, however, his family is reluctant about such idea. His son has already expressed desire to have more time with his father.

"I respect and understand their concern, but that's something that has to come from my heart," he said.

"That's not in my plans. I'm focused in my recovery, but I want to get back as soon as possible. That's who I am, it's part of my history.

"I'm 100 percent positive that I will be back, but it's not only up to me. They are helping my recovery and it is super positive thus far. But I need their feedback to be back at 100 percent. I don't see myself doing other thing, at least for now. It's not just fighting, it's also training."
