Fox Business reports that this sales event is a great opportunity to grab bargain laptops from places like Best Buy. The best deals during this time last year were for 15" AMD dual-core systems, which fell as low as $205 - outside of Black Friday, that was the best price in 2013 for these systems, according to Fox Business.

The publication recommends to look for casual-use laptops for the best deals this Presidents' Day 2014, instead of gaming laptops or other powerful systems, which are unlikely to see the same overnight drops of $100 to $150 during Presidents' Day weekend as regular laptops.
