Lebron Leaving Miami? NBA Free Agents in 2014 Will Cause Major Power Shift In The League! The King 'Can't Imagine' Playing Somewhere Else

King James had an interview on NBA TV which revealed some telling comments. Perhaps the biggest question was whether he would leave Miami. His answer could dictate the flow of this year's free agents-a powerful bunch that can change the balance of power for years to come.

On NBA TV, (transcribed by USA Today) Steve Smith asked the question: "Can you imagine yourself playing anywhere else?"

Lebron: "At this point, I can't. At this point, I can't. We don't know what can happen from now to July, so what I've been able to do this whole season to this point is just worry about what's at hand and that's winning another championship. And hopefully at the end of this year I can put myself in a position where I can hold that Larry O'Brien Trophy up once again and then I will assess what I have to do with my future after that."

This was a telling moment in the interview: "We had some great conversations there. D-Wade was like, 'Man, in order for us to be great you have to be the guy.'"

That was the point when Miami shifted, and became a champion contender. James acknowledges the sacrifice that Wade made.

"We're talking about Wade County here." (James was referring to Miami-Dade County which started calling itself Wade County in Wade's honor) "We're talking about the man who won a championship here, who's been a six-time All-Star, you want me to take the keys? And he said, 'Absolutely.'"

CBS saw that as a turning point: "With that, James said he left the villain role he played with that season in the Bahamas, came home and went into the gym to get started on the next season. The Heat have won two NBA titles since."

Lebron James' final word on the interview, which could be a clue on his future plans: "I don't play for what people expect for me to do anymore. I want to be the greatest of all time and that's just my mindset."

While it's true that James, or Wade, or Anthony for that matter can sign with any team, the big question as far as Lebron James is concerned: Will that give him a better chance to win a championship compared to the 'sure thing' he has on Miami?

It's almost time for Decision 2014.
